If still on the Smartnode firmware revision, use the Patton ISDN T1 instead of the Trinity specific model.
The smartnode needs to be on the same subnet as the 3CX server
On a SN4970 factory reset is done by holding reset button for 5 seconds only, any longer will not reset the device.
The smartnode detector didn't work for me, I had to check DHCP logs to find the IP of the smartnode after factory reset
Web logging into webUI, create new admin account and password then write/save config, otherwise it will not be saved after a reboot
Add the Patton device in 3CX, then download the device config and upload it to the Patton device and commit/save/reboot.
When connecting to an Adtran or similar, a crossover cable is needed between the Adtran and Patton device.
The 3CX generated config worked for a Comcast PRI without modification.
